You can proceed to create a ticket and we'll collect your report. You can select the chat option on the bottom left. 

Important guidelines on reporting:

1. What Happened?
2. What Did You Expect?
3. Additional Notes (videos, clips, screenshots, logs, etc.)

We'll also need your game logs as additional assistance in investigating.

1. Press "Win+R" and paste "%localappdata%\Local\Loki\Saved"
