Antivirus
You may need to add SUPERVIVE to your Antivirus' exception list or have it turned off completely during installation for the game to be successfully launched. The reason is that most antivirus software seems to detect the game as a possible security breach. The game is safe and this is just a false positive.
Admin Privileges
Try launching the game on admin privileges. Right-click on the shortcut and select "Run as Administrator". This command will run the game's executable file with admin privileges that will allow any services the game uses to bypass any usual security checks that would otherwise interfere with the game working optimally.

The launcher has crashed...
You can resolve this by fixing permissions on your Appdata Local directory
You can fix this by:
- Go to
C:\Users[userName]\AppData\ - Right-click on Local folder
- Select properties.
- Under the security tab click edit and add (or select if present) your user and allow all permissions except Special Permissions
If all else fails, try reinstalling the game.
You can do this by verifying game files or uninstalling the game and then reinstalling it again.
