Audio Volume Too Low (hot issue)
We have received a number of reports sharing some feedback on in-game volume. If you are experiencing weird low volume levels across the board that only happen on SUPERVIVE, the current resolution is to use your system's default audio device.
Crash Upon Startup (hot issue)
We've received further reports from players who have encountered game crashes that optimizing their resolution has been effective in resolving this issue. Here's the recommended setup when launching the game while we find a more permanent fix:
1. Please run the game on one monitor and under your monitor's native resolution. Players who run the game on stretched resolutions over multiple displays might encounter problems launching the game.
2. Turn off DSR (NVIDIA) / VSR (AMD). This resolution enhancer/modifier can do the same thing as having stretched resolutions. To turn this off, you can follow these steps:
For NVIDIA users:
> Open NVIDIA Control Panel
> Select "Manage 3D Settings Menu"
> Under global settings, find "DSR - Factors"
> Select "off" on the dropdown next to it.
For AMD users:
> Right-click on your Desktop and select the AMD Control Panel (usually the first ever option)
> On the AMD Control Panel, look for the Display Tab usually below the home panel
> On the Display Tab, turn off Virtual Super Resolution
3. Disable Hyper-V (refer to this link)
Unable to start the game
Make sure that you are launching through the launcher. Launching the game through the game directory is not well supported and we do not advise it at the moment.
Error: 0x0001 - File Corruption Detected
Description
File corruption detected, Either caused by a bad installation or due to hardware issues
Solutions
Check Intel CPU and BIOS Overclock Settings
Some modern Intel CPUs are known to have some instability issues, due to some combination of default BIOS settings, high power usage and high clock rates.
Oodle (Part of Unreal Engine that takes care of file compression) has some recommendations to follow here:

Reinstall SUPERVIVE
Try repairing, deleting and/or reinstalling SUPERVIVE
Check for faulty Hard Drive
Open up "Disk Management", Right on the drive where SUPERVIVE is installed, Select Properties, Navigate to the Tools tab and click the Check button over the Error Checking section
- Try installing SUPERVIVE on a different drive and see if file corruption errors go away
Check RAM
- You might problems with you memory if you also tend to get Windows Blue Screen errors that reference MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
- Run a test pass using https://www.memtest86.com/ and verify the tool does not catch any errors
- Check that your RAM modules are properly installed to your computer motherboard
- Verify in your system BIOS that your memory is set to the correct timings and voltage values (defaults tend to be good most of the times)
- Consult your motherboard and memory manuals for the correct settings
Error: 0x0002 - Nahimic/Sonic Studio Installed
Description
An installation of 'A-Volute Sonic Studio/Nahimic' has been detected. This software has known incompatibilities with SUPERVIVE which will lead to game crashes, We recommend disabling or uninstalling 'Sonic Studio/Nahimic'
This seems to be a known issue with other games (and audio/video software like OBS, VLC, etc). Unfortunately this software comes preinstalled with some Windows Machines. (There are many reddit threads on the subject)
Solutions
Uninstall Sonic Studio / Nahimic
Open “Add or Remove Programs” from Windows Start Menu
Search for “Sonic Studio” and/or “Nahimic”
Click the “…” next to the selected program and click on “Uninstall”
Disable Sonic Studio / Nahimic driver
If you don't want to uninstall. You could also open the “Device Manager” from Windows Start Menu
Look for a driver called Sonic Studio or Sonic Studio Virtual Mixer
Right click and select “Disable device”
Disable Malwarebytes
If you have Malwarebytes enabled as your antivirus, disabling it may help with frame stutter and just general suboptimal game performance. Disabling it has been known to alleviate this completely. Also note that this is a temporary measure and something we plan to permanently resolve in the future.
