Try updating to the latest version of Windows

 

Ensure the correct GPU is being used on Dual-GPU systems

If using a PC with an integrated GPU, or “iGPU”, ensure that SUPERVIVE is running only on the “Dedicated” GPU (e.g. Nvidia GeForce). Check that power settings are set to “high performance” mode.

 

Check the monitor resolution is set to "Recommended / Native"

Disable Third Party overlays

Disable software overlays such as Overwolf, Discord Overlay, Nvidia GeForce Overlay, etc.

 

Malwarebytes

All Malwarebytes users experiencing these performance issues are advised to disable the anti-virus program while playing the game.

For context, Malwarebytes has had performance issues with applications historically. With this in mind, disabling the program is only a temporary measure for players. We plan to completely fix this issue in the future.

 

Compiling Shaders

If it’s only occurring in your first few games, it may be a normal process of creating Shaders, which should resolve itself after one or two games, and should only happen with major new updates, but especially your first game on a fresh PC.
