If you are encountering login issues, here's a quick checklist you can run through to make sure you are running the game under the correct conditions:
General
- Check that you are running the game from Steam or the Theorycraft launcher. Running the game's executable file on the SUPERVIVE directory won't work. The game needs to open through the launcher.
- Make sure the game is run with administrator privileges.
- Double-check if you have a good connection! Try alternative connections if you have any and try using/not using a VPN.
Advanced
- If you have an antivirus program (outside of Windows Defender), make sure that SUPERVIVE is added on the exceptions list. Some of the game files may be detected as false positives as observed in the past. If this doesn't work, try disabling your anti-virus and then running the game.
- Add SUPERVIVE under your firewall's exception list.
Situational
- Some applications outside of AV programs diminish the game's connectivity capabilities. If you have any apps that manage your connection to a certain degree, you can try disabling them. (Disabling Riot Vanguard works for some users for example)
- If you are playing the game through a cloud/streaming software, we currently do not support these platforms at the moment.
